I'm gearing up to do a unit of 32 figures using Magister Militum castings, not sure I will go for the blue hats though, but I'm using these posts of yours as inspiration.
One question, did you replace the spears? I'm guessing the figures came with separate weapons. This is a job I have to tackle, as while the cast pike looks great, it is just too bendy to be used in games.
