Napoleonic Hungarian Line Infantry

28mm Old Glory 2nd Edition Napoleonic Austrian Miniatures -

After adding some "green stuff " and filing the Austrian lead figures, I painted them as Hungarians with green facings ;oP  Two Line Infantry Battalions (32 figures each)  Flags by GMB Designs.......

  2. Phil! 64 figures? The number of figures you tackle at one time is amazing. You build BIG battalions. As both Peter and Paul say, the Hungarian uniform is the coolest of the Austrian foot.

    Great job on these lads!

    1. Thanks Jonathan, perhaps 32 figure size battalions are to big. may go for 16 figure battalions instead, using Impetves Napoleonic rules set (basing system)

    1. Thanks Lawrence, as you know, Austrian-Hungarian Battalions were between 800-1100 men strong. but, in some cases 500-750 strong depending of Historical order of battle army lists....
